1. Money-Back Guarantee

At PigeonProfile, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the software for any reason within the first 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time after the initial 14-day guarantee period has passed.

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, if you request a refund within 14 days of the charge, we will refund the full amount. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but your service will continue until the end of the year term.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical error or double-billing caused by our system or our payment processor, we will issue a refund immediately upon verification of the error, regardless of the time elapsed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation assistance, please contact us at support@pigeonprofile.com with your order ID or registered email address. Funds usually appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing.


Note regarding payments: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
